Acceptable Use Policy

What Shops, their team members and anyone else accessing Frostique may and may not do on the platform. This policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

Last updated 21 September 2026

1. Sell food lawfully

Frostique is built for legitimate food businesses. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions. If you see a violation, report it to info@pronttera.com. As a Shop you must:

  • Hold and maintain a valid FSSAI licence or registration appropriate to your operations, and display it where the law requires.
  • Comply with all applicable food-safety, hygiene, labelling, allergen-disclosure and packaging laws, and with weights-and-measures and consumer-protection requirements.
  • Describe products truthfully — real photos or representative images, accurate ingredients, weights, prices and delivery timelines, and no misleading health claims.
  • Collect and remit all taxes applicable to your sales, and honour the storefront policies you publish to your End Customers.

2. Prohibited products and content

You may not list, sell or upload:

  • Anything unlawful to sell, or requiring a licence you do not hold — including alcohol-containing or other age-restricted or regulated items sold without lawful authorisation.
  • Counterfeit goods, or content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights — including copyrighted characters or logos on cakes without the necessary rights, where rights are required.
  • Content that is obscene, hateful, defamatory or harassing, or that violates any person’s privacy.
  • False, deceptive or fraudulent listings, prices or offers.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity to obtain repeat free trials, evade limits, or abuse coupons and promotions.
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing through platform features, or contact End Customers in violation of law or without required consent.
  • Misuse End-Customer data — including selling it, or using it for purposes beyond fulfilling orders and lawful, consented communications.
  • Upload malware, or interfere with, disrupt or overload the service.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the Platform, or attempt to access accounts, systems or another tenant’s data without authorisation. Responsible disclosure reports are welcome at info@pronttera.com.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform by automated means beyond the features we provide.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own offering, or misrepresent an affiliation with Frostique or Pronttera.
  • Circumvent feature gating, plan limits, billing, or the "Powered by Frostique" trial attribution.

4. Our enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action: a warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension of the storefront, or termination of the account under sections 8 and 20 of the Terms and Conditions — immediately and without prior notice where the violation is serious, unlawful, or endangers the Platform or others.

We may report unlawful activity to the authorities where required. Fees are not refunded for enforcement actions, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform and the law evolve; the "last updated" date will change accordingly, with notice for material changes.
